RD-1 NT is seeking a Superintendent with 5 years of commercial construction experience as a lead Superintendent for the Dallas-Ft Worth area. We are looking for a detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will possess: Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Effective participation in a team environment. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore or similar), and scheduling software (Microsoft Project or similar). 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent, preferably within core market projects. Bachelor’s degree a plus but not required. Responsible Oversee, manage, construction job sites. Update construction schedules, monitor logic relationships, and insert new activities and impacts. Coordinate jobsite logistics and maintain relationships with subcontractors. Negotiate with authorities having jurisdiction to achieve project occupancy milestones. Lead safety program. Coordinate subcontractor work scopes, scheduling, and resource-loading. Professionally represent client in field operations as primary interface with owner and design team. Travel: Travel is required throughout the DFW area. Field assignment may be required, and compensation will be adjusted for living expenses. Requirements: Must have relevant experience with a Commercial General Contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX or surrounding cities. Must have experience with commercial interior finish and ability to use hand tools and operate telehandler. Valid Driver's ID and Must be able to travel to site locations
